While the bar may appear inviting from the outside , what I encountered behind its threshold was disgraceful and unfit for any venue.

From the moment I entered , it was immediately obvious that cleanliness was not a priority at this bar . The floors were sticky , and a foul smell of stale beer and uncleaned toilets polluted the entire pub. With a smell of a mixture of excrement , old age and sickness . The main bar, which should be the centerpiece of any pub, was cluttered with dirty glasses and refuse that looked like it had been ignored for a long time . The toilet was in even a more revolting state — clogged , with a shattered handle and walls covered in what I can only assume was human excrement .
